Service Rates !
Most troubleshooting is best done on-site. This gives me the opportunity to access and fix the problem in it's own enviroment.
On-site hourly rate: $60.00
For jobs not requiring on-site service or if on-site service cannot fix the problem (another computer is needed).
Drop off hourly rate: $50.00
I offer a flat rate wireless network setup service. Typical set up includes 2 computers or laptops. Includes Wireless encryption configuration and documentation.
Flat rate wireless network setup: $75.00 (plus transportation costs if outside of Ottawa boundries)
Sometimes it's just best to format the hard drive and install a fresh copy of your Operating System. Included in the setup all updates and patches as well as all drivers. If data backup is required a quote will be provided.

As long as the drive is not physically damaged I can get most data back. There is no charge if the data cannot be recovered.
Data Recovery hourly rate: $75.00 (this includes up to 5 DVD's)
Estimates: $25.00 (amount will be deducted from repair).
